Refund Policy, Cancellation, Exchanges & Returns

At SaunaXperts, customer satisfaction and transparency are at the core of our values. Please review our policy below before making any purchase. By proceeding with a transaction, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
CANCELLATION POLICY
SaunaXperts maintains a strict No Cancellation policy. Once a purchase is completed, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
All delivery timelines are clearly stated on Quoatation page. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and accept the expected delivery timeline before proceeding with payment. By completing your purchase, you confirm your acceptance of the stated delivery date(s).
EXCHANGES
We only offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item must be defective or damaged upon delivery.
- You must notify us within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging, including any tags or labels.
If your order has not yet been dispatched and an exchange is requested, we may offer store credit equal to 90% of your purchase value, at our discretion.
Please Note:
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
- Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or self-installation errors are not eligible for exchange or return.
- Proof of purchase and photographic evidence of damage is required for all claims.
RETURNS
Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items and must meet the following conditions:
- The return request must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the item.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation.
- You must use our dedicated returns platform to initiate a return. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Upon approval, you may choose between:
- A full store credit, or
- A refund to the original payment method (minus return shipping costs, if applicable).
Return Shipping:
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the product.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service with insurance, as SaunaXperts is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
- We reserve the right to inspect and verify any claim of defect or damage prior to approving an exchange or return.
- SaunaXperts shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or other external factors.
- This policy is subject to change without prior notice. The version in force at the time of your purchase shall apply.
