Before You Order
We carry out a free site survey to confirm your available space, the access route into the room, and the power point position. Nothing goes into manufacturing until that is checked — it is how we avoid surprises on installation day.
Worth Knowing
Red Light Therapy is an infrared and hybrid option only, so it is not available on this traditional model. If red light matters to you, ask us about the hybrid cabin, which runs both a stove and infrared panels.

Before You Buy
How much space do I need?
The cabin measures 180 × 150 cm in floor area and 210 cm tall. You need that footprint plus clearance for the door to open and for you to step in comfortably. We confirm the exact fit, including the access route to get the panels into position, during the free site survey.
What electrical connection does it need?
It runs on a standard 220V single-phase connection, which is what a typical UAE villa or apartment already has. No three-phase upgrade and no special electrical work. We verify your power point location before installation.
How long is delivery and what are the payment terms?
Four weeks from the advance payment, because we manufacture here in the UAE rather than shipping from overseas. Terms are 70% advance to begin the build and 30% on delivery. Installation is included and all prices are exclusive of VAT.
Is the warranty handled locally?
Yes. You get a 1-year warranty with doorstep support from our own full-time team here in the UAE, with a 24–48 hour response. Spare parts are held locally, so you are not waiting on an overseas claims process.
Can it be customised?
Yes. Salt block walls, star-light ceilings and bespoke benching are all possible, and we also build fully custom dimensions if this cabin does not suit your space. Send your measurements on WhatsApp and we will quote the variation.
Do you install it, or is it DIY?
We install it. Delivery, positioning, assembly and commissioning are all included in the price, carried out by our own team rather than a subcontractor. You get a walkthrough on first use at handover.
What finishes are available?
Natural wood and charcoal frame. Natural keeps the warm timber look throughout; charcoal frames the cabin in a darker, more contemporary finish. Both are the same build and the same Harvia heating — the choice is aesthetic.
Why is the price shown as "from"?
Because the finish and any customisation change the final figure. The starting price covers the standard build; salt walls, bespoke benching or non-standard dimensions are quoted on top. You get the exact number before you pay anything.
