This Model Needs a Three-Phase Supply
What that means
Most of our range runs on the standard single-phase 220V connection a typical villa already has. This cabin draws more than that, so it needs a three-phase connection at the installation point. Many UAE villas already have three-phase available at the DB — it is often a matter of running a dedicated circuit rather than a full upgrade.
How we handle it
We confirm your supply during the free site survey, before you pay anything. If three-phase is not available, we will tell you straight away and point you to a model that runs on your existing connection rather than selling you a cabin you cannot power.

Before You Order
We carry out a free site survey to confirm the base is level and load-bearing, that the access route to the garden or terrace is wide enough, and where the power comes from. Nothing goes into manufacturing until that is checked.
Worth Knowing
Running the stove side uses more power than the infrared side, so your electricity cost depends on which mode you use. Most households run infrared on weekdays and fire the stove at weekends.

How much space do I need?
The cabin measures 200 × 200 cm in floor area and 210 cm tall. You need that footprint plus clearance for the door to open and for you to step in comfortably. We confirm the exact fit, including the access route to get the panels into position, during the free site survey.
What electrical connection does it need?
This model draws 12 kW, so it needs a three-phase connection rather than a standard single-phase supply. We confirm what is available at your property during the free site survey, before anything is ordered or paid for.
How long is delivery and what are the payment terms?
Four weeks from the advance payment, because we manufacture here in the UAE rather than shipping from overseas. Terms are 70% advance to begin the build and 30% on delivery. Installation is included and all prices are exclusive of VAT.
Is the warranty handled locally?
Yes. You get a 1-year warranty with doorstep support from our own full-time team here in the UAE, with a 24–48 hour response. Spare parts are held locally, so you are not waiting on an overseas claims process.
Can it be customised?
Yes. Salt block walls, star-light ceilings and bespoke benching are all possible, and we also build fully custom dimensions if this cabin does not suit your space. Send your measurements on WhatsApp and we will quote the variation.
Do you install it, or is it DIY?
We install it. Delivery, positioning, assembly and commissioning are all included in the price, carried out by our own team rather than a subcontractor. You get a walkthrough on first use at handover.
Why does this model need three-phase?
Because it is a 2 × 2 metre cabin with two heating systems, the total draw is 12 kW — well beyond what a single-phase household circuit carries. Many UAE villas already have three-phase available at the distribution board, so it is often a dedicated circuit rather than a supply upgrade. We check before you pay anything.
Is the curved glass a structural risk outdoors?
No. It is tempered safety glass, the same specification used across our glass-fronted cabins, formed to the curve. It is built for outdoor installation and tested for UAE conditions along with the rest of the shell.
