Built Around Your Space
Most of our most interesting projects started as a room that no standard cabin fitted. Curved nooks, built-in alcoves, log-slice ceilings — all of it started with a set of measurements sent over WhatsApp.
Any Dimensions
We build to the room rather than asking you to build the room around a box. Curved walls, low ceilings and alcoves are all workable.
Your Choice of Heat
A Harvia stove for the traditional 110°C ritual with löyly steam, or full-spectrum infrared panels at a gentler 70°C. Or both, as a hybrid.
Heat-Treated Thermo Spruce
The same heat-treated timber as every cabin in the range — it will not warp, crack or bleed resin through heat cycles.
Design-Led Detailing
Himalayan salt walls, log-slice ceilings, bespoke benching and lighting worked out as part of the design, not bolted on afterwards.
Residential or Commercial
Villas, apartments, hotels and wellness spaces. If it needs to pass as a guest-facing installation, we build to that standard.
One Team Throughout

Before You Order
The site survey matters more on a custom build than anywhere else. We measure the space properly, check the access route, confirm the power supply and discuss what you want the finished room to feel like — then quote against that, in writing.
Worth Knowing
Red Light Therapy is available on custom builds that include infrared panels. On a pure traditional custom build it is not, because there are no infrared panels for it to sit alongside.

How do I start a custom sauna project?
Send your room dimensions and a photo of the space on WhatsApp. That is enough for us to tell you what is possible and roughly what it costs. If it looks like a fit, we book a free site survey and come back with a design and an exact written quote.
How much does a custom sauna cost?
It depends on the size, the heat type and the finish, so we quote per project rather than publishing a figure. For reference, our standard cabins run from AED 16,000 for a 1 person infrared to AED 48,000 for the premium outdoor hybrid — a custom build is priced against comparable specification.
Can you work with an architect or interior designer?
Yes, we do it regularly. Send us the drawings and we will work to them, including cladding details, ceiling treatments and how the cabin meets the surrounding finishes.
What heat type should I choose for a custom room?
If you want the classic high-heat ritual with steam, a Harvia stove. If you want longer gentler sessions and lower running cost, infrared. If the household is split, a hybrid gives both in one cabin. We will make a recommendation based on how you plan to use it.
How long is delivery and what are the payment terms?
Four weeks from the advance payment for most builds, since we manufacture here in the UAE. Terms are 70% advance to begin and 30% on delivery. Installation is included and prices are exclusive of VAT.
Is the warranty the same as a standard model?
Yes. Custom builds carry the same 1-year warranty with doorstep support from our own UAE team, with a 24–48 hour response and locally held spare parts.
